What is ISO 5470-2 about?
ISO 5470-2 is a series on rubbers. Rubbers are also called India rubber, latex, Amazonian rubber, caucho, or caoutchouc, as initially produced, consisting of polymers of the organic compound isoprene, with minor impurities of other organic compounds. ISO 5470-2 specifies two separate methods for determining the resistance of a material to wet and dry abrasion.
Note: ISO 5470-2 is applicable to the coated surface or surfaces of coated fabrics.
Note: ISO 5470-2 does not apply to determine the abrasion behaviour of an uncoated surface of a coated fabric.

Why should you use ISO 5470-2?
