1 Scope
IEC 62841‑1:2014, Clause 1 is applicable, except as follows.
Addition:
This document applies to hand-held concrete vibrators.
Concrete vibrators or parts of them immersed in concrete during normal use are considered not to cause any hazard due to noise.
NOTE Transportable concrete vibrators or concrete vibrators where the vibrator bottle is driven by a transportable motor either standing on ground or carried on the back of the operator are not covered by this document.
